EATwell LIVEwell retreat weekends with Hollace Stephenson are designed to support you in mindful living. Immerse yourself in yoga, gain new perspectives about the mind body connection, and eat to cleanse, nourish and regenerate your body, mind, and spirit. Currently we offer two different levels of training at the retreats. The first is
an introduction to how we eat, why we eat, what we eat and the impact food has on us physically, mentally, emotionally and globally. In the second training you’ll learn hands on how to prepare delicious living and whole foods culinary techniques. Both weekends are coupled with experiential and practical yoga classes. Attend either or both, NO prerequisites and open to all levels.

Spend an entire weekend at a peaceful retreat center just 90 minutes outside of Charlotte exploring and recreating.

Spend 3 days and 2 nights relaxing and learning techniques and recipes to incorporate gourmet living foods in your life.
Build your raw food repertoire with demonstrations and hands on experience in the raw food kitchen. I'll show you just how delicious and easy it is to incorporate living foods into any meal. We’ll discuss the environmental and personal health benefits of organic, living and local foods.
In addition to learning mindful eating practices we’ll relax at Prama Institute situated in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains minutes from Downtown Asheville. In addition to learning to "uncook" & practicing yoga while we are staying at this gorgeous retreat center we’ll enjoy the Blue Ridge in peak leaf season, mountain hikes, hot springs and a sweat lodge.
